Where XeroRisk will be installed in your premises rather than used as a hosted solution, we will need to install XeroRisk on one of the following configurations. The requirements outlined here are not exhaustive, and you may have corporate IS rules regarding server configurations. Please contact Line Xero to discuss these.

Minimum Hardware:

This uses a single server as both the application server and database container.

A single Intel Xeon 2MHz server with 100/1000 network connections load balanced; 1GB RAM; 150MB of free disk space after Windows Server has been installed.

Recommended Hardware:

This uses a dual server arrangement to ensure maximum throughput of the application.

Two dual Intel Xeon 2MHz servers with 100/1000 network connections load balanced; 4GB RAM; at least 500MB of free disk space after Windows Server has been installed. Internal disks on the application server should be RAID-1, and the database server should be RAID-5.

One of the following operating systems*:

Microsoft Windows Server 2000, Microsoft Windows Server 2003.

*Please ensure that you have the latest Microsoft Updates installed.

Other software required:

• Office Web Components
• SMTP service or access to an SMTP server
