There are three key licensing models - select the one that best represents the financial model of your business and the size of your deployment.

• Per-user licensing

Pay an up-front price per user for each calendar year use of the XeroRisk system. Pricing discounts apply for increasing numbers of users, and the price includes all support, maintenance and upgrades during the year with no added extras.

This model suits businesses who need to deploy risk management for a large programme of work or whose size of company doesn't warrant an enterprise license.

• Enterprise licensing

XeroRisk, deployed in medium to large organisations where risk management is considered a key business process to be managed, benefit from an enterprise license. An up-front perpetual license is purchased together with an annual maintenance programme to cover the support and on-going product releases.

• Bespoke agreements

If the two main licensing models don't suit your business for whatever reason, make sure that you contact Line Xero to discuss your needs and explore the possibility of a bespoke licensing agreement. We can provide flexible terms for licensing, hosting & consultancy including deferred or smoothed payment schemes where appropriate.

Hosting Services

Line Xero offer full hosting services for XeroRisk in addition to the self-hosted route, although this service attracts additional charges to cover server maintenance, bandwidth and backups. Hosting is very attractive for companies wanting to give access to partners and sub-contractors but without wanting to open the corporate network to external access. Services are provided by fully encrypted SSL connections ensuring the integrity of your corporate information.
